At Ridezzy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We genuinely want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it right. This may include:
- Helping you return your purchase within 100 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs);
- Sending out a free replacement if your order is damaged in transit;
- Providing a partial refund if your purchase isn’t what you expected but you’d like to keep it; or
- Any other reasonable solution to ensure you have an excellent experience with Ridezzy.

Official Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first emailing us at [email protected] to receive return instructions.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for a partial refund, such as:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 100 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds may take additional time to process.

Sale Items
If a sale item is eligible for a refund, it will be refunded at the sale price paid.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
